  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Used beauty or hygiene products cannot be returned, due to health and safety regulations.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@shopku.co.uk with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear images showing the damage or error

Once verified, we will send you a free replacement at no additional cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

To get a different item, please return the one you have first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
